Training Goals
Become familiar with DOAS Equipment
Understand key system components, including energy recovery wheels, controls, and electrical schematics, to improve installation, operation, and troubleshooting processes.
Develop a basic understanding of DOAS Controls
Learn how to navigate the Carel c.pCO controller, how to effectively use live trending over its web UI, alarm snapshots, and BMS compatibility with BACnet or Modbus.
Know how to perform a proper start-up of the equipment
Participants will go over the tools required, pre-start checks, and everything else to properly start-up DOAS equipment – ending with a hands-on start up on operable equipment.
Confidently Troubleshoot and Maintain DOAS equipment
We’ll review tech support and field technician expectations, as well as how to troubleshoot, maintain, and service equipment to solve problems for customers in the field with confidence.

Prerequisites
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- HVAC Tech certification or 1 year of supervised field experience.
