Description
TMS Johnson is seeking an HVAC Estimator to join our fast-growing team full-time, Monday through Friday. This position will support our Sales and Operations teams and will be responsible for preparing project proposals, estimating materials and costs, and managing project progress for new construction and retrofit projects. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, a desire to expand and maintain their knowledge of HVAC products, and a knack for using multiple programs efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Preparing proposals for bids on new construction projects or retrofitting existing buildings
- Reviewing bid documents and addendums
- Creating an estimate of materials based on the scope of the job
- Preparing cost estimates for projects using manufacturer’s software, Excel, and Salesforce
- Communicating regularly with sales, providing project updates, and addressing concerns or issues
- Managing incoming projects, both public and private
- Maintaining knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and product lines, staying informed of new products, and utilizing opportunities to further educate yourself, co-workers, and customers
- Learning to operate our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to facilitate projects, including processing orders, purchasing parts, and structuring bills of material

Description
TMS Johnson is currently searching for a highly motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our fast-growing team! The position will be full-time from 7am-4pm Monday-Friday at our New Hope office and will report to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
- Check in orders with accuracy
- Accurately pull customer orders
- Stock product shelves as inventory arrives
- Load/unload product safely & efficiently
- Coordinates ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in warehouse
- Perform regularly scheduled inventory of warehouse items. Notify Manager of low stock levels
- Maintain warehouse organization
- Prioritize high-level of customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years Warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate forklift, pallet jack and basic hand tools or ability to learn required
- Fast paced with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
- Forklift operating license preferred
- Lift 50lbs regularly
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day
- Working competence with computers including MS/Windows, MS/Excel, MS/Word is preferred
- Self-motivator and able to multi-task
- Reliable and on-time
- The ability to take initiative and work independently
