About the LG VRF Training Center

TMS Johnson’s LG VRF Training Center offers hands-on education designed for contractors, engineers, and building owners.  From installation to commissioning and service, courses prepare trainees with knowledge and experience to make their LG VRF project a success. A variety of LG certifications are available, with the opportunity to interact with fully operational equipment with the guidance of an experienced instructor.

Training Topics

PCBs

Become familiar with the breadth of LG’s main and sub PCBs and learn the part each component plays in a correctly operating LG Multi V™ system.

Electrical Connections

Indoor and outdoor electrical connections and interrelationships will be discussed, physical access to all major functional components will be covered.

Service and Maintenance

Practical service and maintenance guidance will be shared.

Prerequisites

  • Advanced technical knowledge of Commercial Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, and applied systems.
  • Laptop PC running Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 with Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher with a minimum of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word installed.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • LGMV software (to be obtained through your local LG Rep Agency)
