Make Up Air Training

Gain working knowledge of Greenheck® TAP and DOAS equipment with hands-on training at the TMS Johnson Training Center. From start-up to service, participants will gain the ability to understand proper equipment application and installation during a 4-hour comprehensive learning opportunity.

Make Up Air Training Learning Objectives

Gain the ability to properly start-up Greenheck® TAP and DOAS equipment. Understand controls used in Greenheck® TAP and DOAS equipment. Enhance technical service expertise for Greenheck® TAP and DOAS equipment. Identify and understand proper equipment application and installation.

Prerequisites

  1. Basic understanding of heating and air conditioning systems and controls.
  2. Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  3. HVAC Tech certification or 1 year of supervised field experience.

Schedule

  • Introduction (20 Minutes)
  • Ladder Diagram Presentation (30 Minutes)
  • Controls Presentation with hands-on training modules (60 Minutes)
  • Break (20 Minutes)
  • Direct Gas Start-Up Presentation and Video (30 Minutes)
  • Hands-On Start-Up on Make Up Air (60 Minutes)
  • Wrap-Up (20 Minutes)
